30-day return policy on all CBD Pillow purchases
- You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your CBD Pillow. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your CBD Pillow must be in relatively good condition, and not stained or abused. Any excessive damage will void the return policy and warranty.
- To begin your return, please contact us referencing your order number
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within one week.
- Exchanges (if applicable) - We only exchange pillows if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your CBD Pillow, contact us and let us know why.
- Gifts - If your CBD Pillow was purchased for you as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver directly (refund to the method of payment used to make the purchase).
- Return Shipping - The returns address will be provided to you when you contact us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for all returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Please consider using a traceable delivery service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we cannot issue a refund unless we receive your return.
